Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.

Contact customers to promote the company's products and services.

Explain the company's cold storage, cold room, blast freezer, ripening chamber, and refrigeration solutions.

Identify customer requirements and share relevant information with the sales team.

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

Maintain daily call records, customer databases, and lead follow-up reports.

Generate leads through telephone calls and follow up on enquiries received from online platforms.

Coordinate with the sales team to arrange customer meetings and site visits.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Qualifications

Minimum qualification

Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates preferred.

Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.

Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone.

Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of calls made per day.

Accuracy of customer records and daily reports.

Reporting Structure

The Telecaller will report to the Sales Manager or Management and coordinate with the sales team.
