Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to generate leads, connect with potential customers over the phone, explain products or services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products, services, features, and benefits.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
