Inside Sales Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team at FITNCURE. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp, explaining our premium massage chair products in detail, sharing product information, following up with interested customers and successfully converting enquiries into sales. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries. Explain massage chair features, specifications, benefits and pricing to customers. Share product photos, videos, brochures and quotations through WhatsApp. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable massage chair models. Follow up with interested customers regularly to close sales. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Negotiate pricing and convert potential leads into confirmed orders. Coordinate with the dispatch and delivery team after order confirmation. Maintain daily enquiry records and sales follow-up reports. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills. Must have basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer operations. Experience in telesales, telecalling or inside sales will be preferred. Ability to explain products confidently over calls and WhatsApp. Good customer handling and negotiation skills. Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
