Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Fresher or Intern who is interested in building a career in textile and home furnishing merchandising. The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to the complete production cycle, from sampling and fabric sourcing to quality checking and final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the merchandising team with sampling and product development

Support fabric sourcing and understand different fabric qualities and constructions

Work on home furnishing products such as bed linen, cushion covers, curtains and table linen

Assist in coordinating samples according to client requirements and tech packs

Support product costing, order documentation and production updates

Coordinate with printing, stitching and washing units under the guidance of the merchandising team

Assist with quality checking and identification of basic stitching and production defects

Help maintain Time and Action calendars and order status reports

Support packaging, documentation and final dispatch activities

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements and Qualifications

Freshers and interns are welcome to apply

Interest in textiles, fashion, home furnishings or hand block printing

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to learn merchandising and production processes

Ability to work responsibly in a team environment

Candidates with a relevant educational background will be preferred
