Merchandiser

We are looking for a motivated Merchandiser to make sure our products are well displayed, fully stocked and attractively presented across our retail locations. You will be the link between our brand and the shopper at the shelf, helping drive visibility, sales and a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain product displays, shelves, end caps and promotional areas in line with planograms and brand guidelines

Check stock levels regularly, replenish shelves and coordinate with store staff and the warehouse to prevent stock-outs

Rotate stock and check expiry or batch dates to ensure freshness and compliance

Install and update pricing, signage, banners and point-of-sale materials accurately

Execute promotions, new product launches and seasonal campaigns as directed

Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff to secure better shelf space and visibility

Monitor competitor products, pricing and promotions, and report insights to the sales team

Record visit details, stock counts and display photos using reports or a mobile app

Flag damaged goods, shortages or display issues promptly and follow up until resolved

Follow all company policies, store rules and health and safety procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in retail, marketing or business is a plus

[0–2] years of experience in merchandising, retail or sales (freshers may be considered)

Understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail store operations

Strong attention to detail and an eye for neat, appealing displays

Good communication and relationship-building skills

Basic numeracy and comfort with simple reports, spreadsheets or mobile apps

Ability to lift and move stock, and to stand, bend and walk for long periods

Reliable, self-driven and able to manage a daily route or multiple store visits

Valid driving licence and own transport, if required for the territory
