Welcome and guide elite walk-ins and appointment-based clients with warmth, professionalism, and poise.

Serve premium refreshments and manage the lounge area to make clients feel comfortable and pampered.

Understand client preferences quickly and direct them to the appropriate designer curation, bridal lounges, or styling trial rooms.

Showroom Operations & Aesthetics

Maintain pristine floor aesthetics, ensuring the visual merchandising, lighting, music, and fragrance meet luxury standards at all times.

Coordinate trials seamlessly by assisting styling consultants and ensuring trial rooms are immaculate and prepped.

Manage the appointment calendar for bridal consultations, VIP clients, and fittings.

Client Relationship Management (CRM)

Capture customer data accurately to maintain a strong premium clientele database.

Follow up with clients regarding alterations, bespoke orders, and upcoming collection launches via professional communication channels

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
