We are hiring for the position of International Customer Service Executive for TCS in Kolkata.

Handle customer queries through voice support

Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers

Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction

follow company processes and service guidelines

Maintain proper records of customer intereactions

Good English communication skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Experiences candidates ( 1- 3 years ) in international voice can apply

Candidate should be comfortable working from the Kolkata location

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
