Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller for Sales & Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining company services, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided data.

Explain company services and understand customer requirements.

Generate leads and identify interested prospects.

Follow up with potential customers.

Schedule appointments with interested customers.

Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.

Coordinate with the concerned team for scheduled appointments.

Requirements

Graduate in any stream.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, email, and WhatsApp.

Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.

Knowledge of finance or financial services will be an advantage.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
