Job Description for the Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle existing customer accounts and take orders through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

Identify and acquire new customers through social media, online platforms, and direct outreach.

Coordinate product promotions on platforms such as Instagram, Websites, and Etsy.

Follow up with customers for payments and account-related matters.

Share catalogues, product videos, CAD designs, and other information as required by customers.

Review customer orders and coordinate with Production, CAD, Diamond, and Dispatch teams for timely execution.

Monitor urgent orders and ensure on-time delivery.

Verify sales invoices and maintain sales records.

Send periodic customer statements and resolve account-related queries.

Coordinate export/import activities related to repair and replacement orders.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Sales and business development mindset.

Knowledge of social media and online marketing.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Business Development.

Experience in Jewellery / Diamond Industry will be preferred.

Salary

25,000 to 30,000 (As per experience and interview performance)

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
