About this job
We are looking for a versatile, proactive Store In-Charge to manage daily operations at our women’s ethnic wear store. You will handle sales, customer service, billing, inventory, and staff leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Styling
- Greet customers, offer styling/fabric advice for ethnic wear, and drive sales targets.
- Billing & Computer Work
- Manage POS billing system, daily cash reconciliations, and basic Excel/sales reporting.
- Inventory Control
- Monitor stock levels, track popular designs, and handle stock intake/returns.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise floor staff, assign daily duties, and maintain store discipline.
- Floor Upkeep
- Ensure clean displays, proper mannequin styling, and stock organization.
Key Requirements
- Experience
- 2+ years in retail (women’s apparel preferred).
- Skills
- POS/computer literacy, strong sales instincts, and sharp problem-solving ability.
- Leadership
- Responsible, reliable, and capable of managing team dynamics.
- Languages
- Fluent in [English/Hindi].
- Pay
- ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
