About this job

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and closing sales through outbound calls. Expertise in India Mart and Justdial is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries from India Mart and Justdial
Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Update customer records and sales databases
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team targets

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales
Proven experience with India Mart and Justdial
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills .
