Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities: -

• Generate leads through cold calling and outbound sales activities

• Identify and engage potential clients

• Schedule meetings and follow up on business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates

Requirements: -

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales,

• Proven hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
