Our 22-Day FREE Stock Market Course covers: Stock Market Basics | Investing | Trading | Technical Analysis | Options | Fundamental Analysis | Mutual Funds | Personal Finance | Financial Literacy POSITION DETAILS Position: Telecaller – D Mat Account Opening Department: Sales & Telecalling Work Mode: Work From Office Location: O-HUB, SEZ Road, Chandaka Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar, Odisha – 751024 Working Days: 6 Days / Week Weekly Off: Tuesday Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Lunch Break: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month , depending on experience and skills Leads Provided: 900–1,200 Interested Leads / Month JOB ROLE The role involves making outbound calls to company-provided interested leads , explaining the FREE Stock Market Course, following up with interested customers, and assisting eligible customers with the KYC process. CALL → EXPLAIN → FOLLOW-UP → KYC ASSISTANCE → CONVERTKEY RESPONSIBILITIESMake outbound calls to company-provided interested leads. Explain the FREE Stock Market Course and its benefits. Communicate with interested customers professionally. Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries. Follow up with interested and pending leads. Assist eligible customers with Demat/KYC procedures. Maintain regular follow-ups with assigned leads. Update call and lead status in the company CRM. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and conversions. Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets. SALARY & INCENTIVES Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month Salary will be decided based on: Previous experience Communication skills Stock-market knowledge Calling and sales ability Interview performance Additional Incentives: Available based on individual performance. Target Achievement Bonus: Additional bonus for achieving assigned performance targets, as per company policy. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Previous stock-market knowledge is mandatory. Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred. Good Hindi communication skills. Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with outbound calling. Ability to explain basic stock-market concepts to customers. Comfortable with regular follow-ups. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Disciplined and professional approach. Target-oriented and performance-driven. Comfortable working from office. Training will be provided for company processes, CRM, calling procedures and KYC assistance.
