We are looking for driven, articulate, and results-oriented outbound outreach professionals to join our in-office team in Chandigarh and spearhead our client acquisition efforts across international markets.

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic professionals skilled in Lead Generation, Email Marketing, and Cold Calling. In this hybrid outbound role, you will be responsible for building our sales pipeline from the ground up—sourcing high-quality B2B leads, running targeted cold email campaigns, and getting prospects on the phone to book qualified meetings for our team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Research, identify, and build targeted prospect lists using lead generation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and web scraping/enrichment platforms.

Email Marketing: Set up, manage, and optimize cold email outreach campaigns. Write compelling copy, manage follow-up sequences, and maintain high email deliverability.

Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to international prospects to introduce Lucerai AI Studios, qualify leads,overcome objections, and schedule discovery calls.

Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM.

Collaboration

Work closely with the sales and leadership teams to refine outreach scripts, email templates, and targeting strategies.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience in B2B Lead Generation, Cold Calling, or Cold Email Marketing (international/US/UK shift experience is a strong plus).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Familiarity with email outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo) and lead sourcing databases.

Confident, persuasive phone presence with the ability to handle rejection and think on your feet.

Comfortable working an on-site night shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM) from our Chandigarh office.
