Area Sales Executive

Attend customers visiting the office and showroom. Present sarees, kurtis, co-ord sets and other products to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Prepare quotations and book customer orders. Coordinate with the Warehouse team for stock availability and sample requirements. Coordinate with the Accounts team for billing and payment updates. Follow up with customers for order confirmation and repeat orders. Maintain customer records and daily sales reports. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the Management. Maintain product displays and sample arrangements. Visit retailers, wholesalers and distributors in the assigned territory. Generate new customers and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Present new collections, samples and catalogues to customers. Book customer orders and submit them to the office on time. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets. Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding amounts. Collect market information and competitor updates. Prepare daily tour reports and customer visit reports. Coordinate with the office for order status, dispatch and customer requirements. Participate in exhibitions and promotional activities whenever required. Follow company sales policies, pricing and credit terms. Follow company sales policies and maintain good customer relationships.
