Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and promoting our wide range of IT services to businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Generate new business leads and convert them into potential clients.

Promote the company's IT services, including web development, mobile app development, software solutions, and other IT services.

Understand client requirements and communicate relevant solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate with the internal team.

Research potential markets and identify new business opportunities.

Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Work towards achieving monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical or IT background preferred.

Basic understanding of IT services and software development.

Confidence in handling cold Emails.

Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with a technical education or IT industry exposure will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Prior experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development will be an advantage.
