Tele Marketing Executive

We are looking for experienced and motivated Telemarketing Executives to support our sales and customer outreach activities. The ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a professional approach to customer interactions, and the ability to generate leads through effective calling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.

Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.

Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.

Follow up with prospective customers to develop business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or telesales.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Good customer handling and follow-up abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

A proactive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
