Position: Junior Process Associate / Senior Process Associate
Process: International Voice Process (US Voice Process)
Work Location: Coimbatore / Bangalore
Shift: US Night Shift
Experience: Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in US Voice Process

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer queries, requirements and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Promote relevant products and services through cross-selling and up-selling.

Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update information in CRM systems.

Ensure professional communication and adherence to process guidelines.

Deliver a positive customer experience through effective problem-solving and service support.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in US Voice Process.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.

Good listening, problem-solving and convincing skills.

Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
