About the Role

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Process team. This role involves communicating with international clients/customers via phone to resolve queries, provide support, depending on the assigned campaign.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from international customers.

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quick and effective solutions.

Follow call scripts, processes, and company guidelines.

Required Skills

Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office.

Willingness to work night shifts

Qualifications

Any graduate

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
