Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Melting Supervisor to oversee and manage melting operations in our foundry unit. The candidate will ensure quality production, maintain safety standards, and effectively handle manpower within the department.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise melting operations including charging, furnace control, tapping, and pouring
Ensure proper melt quality and temperature as per production specifications
Maintain strict safety standards while handling molten metal and equipment
Manage and coordinate manpower efficiently within the department
Record and maintain production data accurately
Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Guide, train, and monitor furnace operators and helpers
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
Strong knowledge of melting processes and foundry practices
Good leadership and team management skills
