Job Description

We are looking for proactive Junior Purchase / Procurement Executives with 1–2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor coordination. Candidates with experience in Food, FMCG, Agricultural Commodities, Spices, or Ingredients industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

Obtain quotations and compare prices.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.

Maintain purchase records and documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.

Conduct supplier visits, market research, and sourcing activities across India.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Sourcing.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong vendor coordination and follow-up abilities.

Basic knowledge of procurement and supplier management.

Willingness to travel across India for sourcing activities.

Proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn about agricultural commodities and food ingredients.
