About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Onboarding Specialist with excellent communication skills to help customers understand and get started with MAPOG, our GIS-based mapping platform.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with new and potential customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.

Conduct product demos and guide customers through MAPOG's features and functionalities.

Help customers with onboarding, initial setup, and basic product-related queries.

Follow up with leads and support customer engagement.

Conduct basic market research and identify potential customers.

Coordinate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve the onboarding experience.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confidence in explaining products and interacting with customers.

Good presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Willingness to learn about GIS, mapping tools, and SaaS products.

Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply.
