Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via chat

Maintain accuracy and clarity in written communication

Follow process guidelines and service-level expectations

Ensure excellent customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass or graduate

Proficiency in written English

Good typing speed & computer skills

Ability to work rotational shifts

Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad
