- A Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- CRM Specialist manages customer interactions, maintains contact databases, and coordinates with sales, marketing, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle incoming inquiries, follow up on leads, and resolve customer complaints or service requests across phone, email, and chat
- Work closely with sales, production, billing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, dispatches, and account handoffs.
- Track customer engagement metrics, monitor pending closures, and generate daily or weekly performance reports for management.
