Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Generate leads and build a strong database of prospective clients.
• Contact potential clients to understand their business requirements and introduce company services.
• Schedule client meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Negotiate with clients and support the closure of business deals.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Qualification

Any graduate. Candidates with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields will be preferred.
