Field Sales Engineer

This is NOT a normal job.

We are looking for closers, hunters, and deal-makers — not order takers.

If you cannot walk into an industry, pitch confidently, and open doors… this role is NOT for you.

What You Will Do

• Walk into industries, factories, and plants across your region
• Directly pitch Srinivasa Electricals to decision-makers
• Generate strong business leads and convert them into orders
• Build relationships with plant heads, purchase teams, and engineers
• Bring real opportunities — not just reports
• Work closely with our Kakinada head office to close deals
• Take ownership of revenue generation in your territory

• Minimum 2+ years of hardcore field sales experience (industrial preferred)
• You should be comfortable with field work, travel, and rejection
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Self-driven — no one will push you daily
• You should be someone who gets results, not excuses
