Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our company's products, develop new markets, generate business leads, and build strong relationships with customers, retailers, dealers, and distributors.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, explaining product features, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company's sales growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and market company products to potential customers.

Visit retail shops, dealers, distributors, and business establishments.

Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and pricing.

Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.

Develop new customer and dealer networks.

Maintain relationships with existing customers.

Collect customer feedback and competitor market information.

Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

Prepare daily field visit reports and submit updates.

Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer interaction and convincing abilities.

Knowledge of field marketing and product promotion.

Good negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to generate leads and develop new markets.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification

12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in product marketing, field sales, FMCG, retail, or dealer development is an added advantage.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
