Job Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process - US Process.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for US customers

Provide technical support for Internet, LAN, WAN, VPN & Home Security

Resolve customer queries & ensure great customer experience

Eligibility

Graduate (Any stream)

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Good communication skills in English

Shift & Working Days

5 Days Working / Rotational Week Offs

Rotational Night Shifts (Any shift between 6 PM - 1 AM)

9 Hours Shift (including 1 hour break)

Salary & Perks

20,100 Fixed CTC + 3,000 Night Allowance + Upto 7,000 Performance Bonus + Unlimited Upselling Incentives
