Travel agency trainee

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Travel Agency Trainee to join our team. The candidate will receive practical training in travel operations, tour package planning, customer handling, ticketing support, hotel bookings, and travel documentation. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and interested in building a career in the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing domestic and international tour packages and itineraries.

Support flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Provide basic information about destinations, tour packages, visa requirements, and travel documents.

Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, travel schedules, and customer proposals.

Coordinate with tour operators, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.

Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer records.

Support promotional activities and social media marketing for travel packages.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with customers.

Learn and assist with daily travel agency operations under the guidance of senior staff.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
