About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Finance Graduate to manage client interactions, understand requirements, coordinate with internal teams and help deliver a positive client experience. The role also provides exposure to financial and taxation-related services, including TDS and GST.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Respond to client queries through calls, emails and other communication channels.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests within expected timelines.

Follow up on pending queries, documentation and client requirements.

Maintain records of client interactions, feedback and follow-up activities.

Support client onboarding and provide basic guidance on company products and services.

Prepare basic reports and share client feedback with relevant teams.

Support customer satisfaction, retention and awareness of TDS/GST-related services.

Candidate Profile

Finance Graduate (B.Com, BBA Finance, M.Com or a relevant finance qualification).

0–1 year of experience in client relationship management, customer support, client coordination or a similar role; freshers may apply.

Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Customer-oriented approach with strong follow-up, coordination and time-management abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.

Basic knowledge of finance, taxation, TDS or GST will be an added advantage.
