Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professionally groomed Housekeeping Manager with a strong background in 5-star hotel operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall housekeeping operations, staff supervision, training, reporting, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas and back-of-house.
• Supervise, lead and manage the entire housekeeping team.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly departmental reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping checklists and SOPs.
• Conduct regular staff training and grooming sessions.
• Monitor room cleanliness, hygiene and quality standards.
• Ensure proper staff scheduling, duty allocation and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and other departments.
• Maintain discipline, professional grooming and operational efficiency.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience exclusively in the hotel industry.
• Mandatory experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, staff management and administrative skills.
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, SOPs and checklists.
• Experience in staff training and performance management.
• Height: Minimum 6 feet.
• Excellent personality, professional appearance and impeccable grooming.
