Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professionally groomed Housekeeping Manager with a strong background in 5-star hotel operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall housekeeping operations, staff supervision, training, reporting, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas and back-of-house.

Supervise, lead and manage the entire housekeeping team.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly departmental reports.

Ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping checklists and SOPs.

Conduct regular staff training and grooming sessions.

Monitor room cleanliness, hygiene and quality standards.

Ensure proper staff scheduling, duty allocation and performance monitoring.

Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and other departments.

Maintain discipline, professional grooming and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience exclusively in the hotel industry.

Mandatory experience in a 5-star hotel.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strong leadership, staff management and administrative skills.

Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, SOPs and checklists.

Experience in staff training and performance management.

Height

Minimum 6 feet.

Excellent personality, professional appearance and impeccable grooming.
