Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to Build own tele calling team for insurance and financial solutions. The candidate will be responsible for guiding telecallers, monitoring daily performance, achieving sales targets, handling customer queries, and generating business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and motivate a team of telecallers.
• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and team performance.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Help team members convert customer enquiries into sales.
• Maintain daily reports and ensure proper lead follow-ups.
• Support recruitment and training of new telecallers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or team handling.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred.
