Office Boy cum House keeping staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and well-mannered Office Cum Pantry Boy to assist with daily office operations, pantry management, cleaning and outdoor errands. The candidate must know how to ride a scooter and motorcycle and hold a valid driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, drinking water and refreshments to employees, guests and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry, kitchen area and office premises.
• Perform daily sweeping (brooming) and mopping of office floors, pantry and common areas.
• Keep the pantry, crockery, utensils and other items clean and properly arranged.
• Assist with serving refreshments during meetings and maintaining meeting rooms.
• Handle office errands, including collecting and delivering documents, parcels and other items.
• Visit banks, courier offices, stationery shops and other locations for official work as required.
• Safely ride a scooter or motorcycle for office-related errands.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing and other basic office tasks.
• Monitor pantry supplies and inform the concerned person when items need replenishment.
• Perform other office-related duties as assigned by the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must know how to ride a scooter and motorcycle confidently.
• Must possess a valid driving licence for the relevant vehicle.
• Basic knowledge of reading, writing and communication.
• Must be punctual, honest, polite and responsible.
• Should be familiar with local routes and traffic rules.
• Previous experience in an office, pantry or similar role will be preferred.
• Must be willing to perform pantry duties, cleaning and outdoor errands.
