Office Assistant / Office Boy cum driver

The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office activities along with driving and basic office-related errands.

Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and basic organization of the office, serving tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors, handling office errands such as bank visits, courier work, document collection and submission, purchasing office supplies, and assisting the team with general office requirements.

The candidate will also be responsible for driving the company vehicle safely for official work, including visiting client locations, project sites, vendors, banks and other business-related destinations. The candidate must maintain the vehicle properly, keep it clean, check basic vehicle requirements and report any maintenance issues on time.

The role may also require assisting the team with loading or carrying documents, materials or small items when required and supporting other office-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence.
• Good driving skills and knowledge of Delhi NCR routes.
• Previous experience as an Office Boy, Driver, Office Assistant or similar role will be preferred.
• Basic communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual and trustworthy.
• Presentable and professional behaviour.
• Ability to handle office errands independently.
• Willingness to work as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 2+ years of driving/office support experience will be preferred. Knowledge of Delhi NCR locations and routes will be an advantage.

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

The candidate may occasionally be required to work beyond regular hours depending on business or site requirements.

Pay

₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
