About this job
- Make \& Receive Calls: Dial outbound lists (cold or warm leads) and answer inbound customer inquiries.
- Pitch \& Promote: Explain product features, services, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly.
- Lead Generation \& Qualification: Identify interested prospects and pass qualified leads to the sales team or field agents.
- Customer Support \& Grievances: Resolve basic complaints, answer service questions, and guide users through online steps (like payments or sign-ups).
- Database \& CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update customer info, and track follow-ups in tools or Excel sheets.
