About this job
- Handle daily office operations, computer work, and data entry.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
- Maintain stock, inventory, sales, and purchase records.
- Manage e-commerce platforms, product listings, and online orders.
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with courier companies for dispatch and delivery updates.
- Handle scanning, printing, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good typing speed, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Tally and e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
