Job Description

We are looking for Broadband Technicians / Engineers to install, maintain and troubleshoot Fiber to the Home (FTTH) connections. The candidate will work at residential and commercial locations to ensure proper installation and smooth functioning of broadband and WiFi services.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Perform FTTH installations, including fibre optic cable splicing, termination and ONT/router setup.
• Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements.
• Install and secure fibre optic cables indoors and outdoors.
• Configure routers, modems, ONTs and WiFi systems.
• Use testing equipment such as OTDR and power meters to check signal strength and connection quality.
• Diagnose and repair fibre-related issues at customer locations.
• Maintain records of installations, repairs and service calls.
• Ensure proper installation and service quality.
• Communicate with customers regarding installation, services and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with network engineers and technical support teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic knowledge of broadband, networking and telecommunications is preferred.
• Knowledge of FTTH, GPON, EPON, ONT, OLT and fibre splicing is an advantage.
• ITI, Diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
• Ability to understand basic network diagrams and technical instructions.
• Willingness to travel to residential and commercial customer locations.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Salary Details

• Fresher: ₹13,000–₹15,000 per month (In-hand).
• Experienced: ₹18,000–₹21,000 per month (In-hand).
• PF over and above the salary for experienced candidates as specified in the requirement.

Working Hours

General Shift

10 AM to 7 PM.

Two-Wheeler

Preferred but not mandatory.
