Cashier

• Handle all billing, cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and gift voucher transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Issue receipts, process refunds, exchanges, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain daily cash register balance and prepare transaction reports.
• Support the sales team by ensuring quick and seamless checkout for clients.
• Uphold store policies on returns, exchanges, and payment methods.
• Ensure the billing desk and packaging area are always neat and well-organized.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting with queries related to payments or invoices.
• Safeguard financial data and follow company procedures for cash handling and security.
