Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination of patient flow.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients and visitors.
• Make sure patient waiting is managed in a timely manner and billing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
