Commis I – Chinese Cuisine

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, soups, starters, and main-course items.
• Assist the Chef de Partie and Senior Chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Handle wok cooking, chopping, cutting, marination, and mise en place.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.
• Monitor ingredients, stock levels, and proper food storage.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper inventory practices.
• Ensure timely preparation and service during peak operational hours.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
