About the Company

BayNine Ventures LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition (80%) and HR Operations (20%), offering an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment and overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Healthcare and Operations positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring closures.
• Coordinate offer rollouts and candidate joining formalities.

HR Operations (20%)

• Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Collect, verify and maintain employee documents.
• Maintain employee databases, HR trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Support daily HR administrative activities.
• Coordinate with employees for HR-related requirements.

Requirements \& Skills

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of HR / Recruitment experience are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to multitask.
