Human Resource Intern

This is a work-from-office internship based in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Apply only if you can commute on a daily basis and are available to join immediately. Candidates looking for remote/hybrid opportunities should not apply.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in the industry and provide insights to the team.
• Utilize MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel to create reports and maintain databases.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Support the Admin team in various administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents and taking follow-ups from vendors.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team meetings and offering innovative ideas.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
