Human Resource Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. HR executive's responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post and update job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
• Suggest ideas for employee engagement
• Work on various job portals and headhunt for candidates
• Address employees concerns
• Promote a positive culture within the organization

Requirements

• Experience as an Intern or similar junior HR role is a plus
• Familiarity with working various Job portals
• Experience with MS Office
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Organizational skills, Decision Making \& Problem-solving ability
• Bachelor in Human Resources Management or similar field

Pay

Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
