Job Description

We are hiring an active and responsible Field Service Executive to manage and coordinate field service operations for our V-Guard Authorised Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily field service activities.
• Follow up with technicians to ensure timely service call completion.
• Visit customer locations and resolve service-related issues.
• Monitor pending, spare-pending and completed service calls.
• Handle customer complaints and service escalations.
• Coordinate with customers for service appointments.
• Ensure service calls are completed within company timelines.
• Maintain daily field visit and service reports.
• Monitor technician performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with the Service Centre Incharge.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma / ITI.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic products preferred.
• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• Responsible, punctual and self-motivated.
