Job Description: Guest Relation Executive Position: Guest Relation Executive (GRE) Location: Panaji, Goa, India Industry: Hospitality / Gaming & Entertainment (Casino) Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only : Rotaional Shift Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and interview performance) Benefits: Accommodation provided by the management About the RoleWe are seeking a vibrant, dynamic, and professionally presented Guest Relation Executive to join our premier casino property in the heart of Panaji, Goa. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our high-value guests, VIPs, and visitors, ensuring they receive a world-class, seamless, and memorable entertainment experience from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities Guest Greeting & Reception: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, manage the front desk/reception area, and guide visitors through the casino property and gaming offerings. VIP & Client Management: Attend to VIP guests, build strong rapport, understand their preferences, and provide personalized assistance throughout their visit. Communication & Information: Provide clear, polite, and professional information regarding casino promotions, membership programs, events, and house rules. Query & Complaint Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and with a high degree of tact, empathy, and professionalism. Coordination: Coordinate closely with floor managers, security, food & beverage teams, and concierge services to ensure exceptional service delivery. Database & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of guest visits, feedback, and membership inquiries as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Candidate Requirements & Eligibility Gender: Female candidates only. Personality & Presentation: Excellent grooming, a pleasing personality, and a confident, welcoming demeanor suited for a luxury hospitality and gaming environment. Communication Skills: Excellent command over spoken English with clear, polite, and articulate communication skills (fluency in additional languages is an added advantage). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations, front office, customer service, airline cabin crew, or luxury hospitality. Freshers with an exceptionally pleasing personality and good command over English are also welcome to apply. Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Grade); a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields is preferred.
