Department: Banking & Financial Services Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: Pan India (Location-based opportunities) Job DescriptionWe are hiring an energetic and result-oriented DSA Supervisor / Team Leader to manage existing DSA agents, recruit new agents and drive business growth for our banking partners. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate with existing DSA agents. Recruit and onboard new DSA agents. Identify potential agents, connectors and vehicle dealers. Guide agents in sourcing loan applications. Monitor leads, file submissions and loan disbursements. Follow up with agents and resolve their queries. Achieve monthly recruitment and business targets. Maintain relationships with bank officials and business partners. Prepare and submit regular business reports. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). Experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Sales or DSA Business preferred. Good communication and team management skills. Strong networking and recruitment abilities. Knowledge of Home Loans, Vehicle Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) preferred. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
