Civil Engineer – ₹25,000/month Requirements: Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction. Strong knowledge of RCC structures, building construction, and site execution. Ability to read architectural and structural drawings. Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing. Ability to manage contractors, labour, and site operations. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred. Responsibilities: Manage construction activities, monitor project progress, maintain quality standards, supervise site execution, and ensure timely completion of work. 2. Construction Site Supervisor – ₹15,000/month Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction site supervision. Practical knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plastering, and finishing. Experience managing labour teams and contractors. Ability to monitor daily construction activities. Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards. Strong communication and site management skills. Responsibilities: Supervise daily site work, manage labour, monitor material usage, maintain site discipline, and report construction progress to the civil engineer and management.
