Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers for recovery of overdue payments. Negotiate and arrange payment settlements. Follow up on pending accounts regularly. Maintain customer records and collection reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines. Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline. Prior experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling is mandatory. Must be comfortable with office-based work. Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing skills.
