Battery Production Supervisor / Production Engineer
- job position open karna na looking for an experienced and technically skilled candidate to manage our Lithium Battery Pack Assembly and Production Line.
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily battery pack production and assembly operations. Operate and manage cylindrical cell sorting, grading, spot welding, BMS testing and battery aging machines. Supervise production workers and ensure daily production targets. Manage cell matching, battery pack assembly, wiring, insulation and quality inspection. Ensure compliance with production SOPs, safety standards and quality requirements. Maintain production reports, material consumption, rejection records and inventory. Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues.
